Green Chili Brown Rice

8 - 1/4 cup servings
(88 calories, 18.5g carbs, 2g protein)

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked brown rice
2 1/4 cup of water or chicken broth
1 green chili diced (roasted, peeled and seeds removed)
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
salt to taste



Directions:
Place all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover and cook for 45min or until rice is done and liquid is absorbed.
